Private State-Based Care

Private 55 minute sessions( in person and virtual options) address pain and persistent tension at the level of nervous system state and structure.
This work may include:
• Structural and biomechanical assessment
• Somatic and movement-based integration
• Manual therapy including myofascial and lymphatic techniques
• Heart-centered breath regulation
• Exploration of emotional and behavioral bracing patterns
Each session is individualized. Modalities are not separate services — they are tools used in service of restoring coherence.
The focus is not performance.
It is integration.

Virtual sessions offer the same state-based approach as in-person work, adapted to your home environment.
While hands-on techniques are not used, we work directly with breath regulation, movement awareness, nervous system state, and pattern recognition in real time.
Many clients find that virtual work deepens self-awareness, as they learn to recognize and shift bracing patterns within their own space.
Presence and co-regulation are fully accessible through focused attention and guided integration.
