Is this just regular pilates or physical therapy?
​
No. While my foundation is clinical and movement-based, sessions focus on nervous system state and pattern integration, not exercise performance alone.
Do I need to know how the nervous system works?
​
No prior knowledge is needed. We work directly with what your body is showing in the moment.
​
How long does this work take? Do you offer packages?
​
Persistent patterns often require continuity. Many clients choose to work in series to allow for meaningful change over time.

Can Human Design or Gene Keys be included?
​
Yes, these tools are available for clients who wish to explore deeper insights into personal patterns and decision-making. They are integrated thoughtfully rather than used as stand alone analysis.

Is manual lymphatic drainage massage?
​
No. MLD is a light-touch regulatory technique that supports fluid movement and nervous system settling. It may be offered as a standalone session or integrated into private care.

Do you offer classes or workshops?
​
I periodically offer small group classes and workshops. Reach out to me if you have any particular needs, wants/, or curiosities.

​Do you only work with women?
​
No. While I primarily work with women, I have men that find this work transformative and invaluable in their own healing journey.

What do you mean by fascia or the myofascial system?
​
Fascia is the connective tissue that weaves throughout the entire body, surrounding muscles, organs, and nerves. It plays a major role in how tension patterns are organized and maintained.
When the body experiences stress or protection over time, fascia can adapt by holding patterns of bracing. My work often includes gently helping these patterns soften so movement and regulation become easier.

What is heart coherence?
​
Heart coherence is a physiological state in which breath, heart rhythm, and nervous system activity begin to synchronize.
In practical terms, it often feels like steadiness, clarity, or a softening of internal tension. The guided practice I offer is a structured breathing process designed to help the body shift out of protection and into regulation. No belief system is required , it is a practical, body-based approach.
