Virtual sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing, allowing us to work together regardless of your location. For these sessions, I provide resources and practices tailored to your home environment and available tools.

After we have communicated the scheduling for sessions, payment confirmation can be completed by PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

Sessions: 55 minutes

Initial Physical Therapy Assessment $150

Follow-up sessions  $100 each session

Pilates $100 each session

Coaching $125 initial session 

Follow-up $100 each session

Human Design/Gene keys $200 includes the initial session and a follow-up integration session
