“My purpose is to help people transform knowledge into lived wisdom. When we build true core stability—not just in the body, but in our entire being—we create the foundation for living with greater freedom, purpose, and joy.”

ABOUT ME
Heather Culpepper, MS, PT, is the founder of Embodied Life, where transformative healing meets authentic self-discovery. She guides clients toward wholeness through an integrated approach that honors both physical and spiritual dimensions of healing.
Heather's journey began with traditional training as a Physical Therapist (MS, 1995), then expanded through certifications in Pilates (Physical Mind Institute), ViniYoga, therapeutic yoga traditions, and advanced studies in myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. This foundation gave her a profound understanding of how the body holds our stories.
Through her own healing journey, Heather discovered that lasting transformation requires more than physical intervention. Movement patterns that resist change are often rooted in deeper emotional and energetic conditioning. This revelation led her to explore the realms of energy medicine, Human Design, Gene Keys, and Jungian psychology, completing a certification in Embodied Individuation from The Centre for Applied Jungian Studies.
Heather's work weaves together these diverse traditions into a cohesive approach that addresses the whole person. She helps clients recognize stuck patterns across all dimensions of their experience—physical, emotional, and relational—and discover pathways toward authentic embodiment.
